Our standard service is delivery by close of business. If you require your package to be delivered sooner, you can opt for Timed-Delivery Services such as a Pre-10:00am and Pre 12:00pm delivery.
Yes - certain items are classed as Restricted Items which means that though we can transport them, they are carried on a no-compensation basis (incase of loss and damage). Certain other items are classed as
Please key your dimensions into our Quotation System found on our home page. You will be provided with a quote based on the greater of the Volume or Weight of your parcel.
Though a signature is required for any deliveries to be made, the package might be left with a neighbour or at a safe place outside at the driver's discretion. You can also add notes to the Instructions field as to where you would like your package delivered if no one is at home. All Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) will have to be authorized by Courier Queen. Please raise the request on a Ticket via our Contact Us Page.
